Product Engineer

This role is to design product from conceptual to finalization, discuss with related departments and customers about projects.

1. Product Design from Conceptual to finalization；
2. Project Management ；
3. Design discussion and project update with Customer；
4. Sample trial and testing；
5. Trouble shooting.

1. Must be able to use 3D design software such as UG, Solidworks, pro-e(Cleo) and Autocad
2. Needs good command in English and Chinese for both in written and speaking
3. Knowledge in FMEA and Design of Experiment (DOE)n are preferred
4. Education Level / Technical Training
5. Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
6. Minimum 5 years experiences in Product development preferably in Connector or cord-winder industries.
7. Good ability in designing of mechanical design of plastics components for injection mold and contacts/terminals design for high speed stamping die.
8. Good knowledge in the application of various engineering plastics and the processing skills of plastics injection machine to achieve high cosmetics requirements.
9. Good trouble shooting skills and analytical mind for failure Mode analysis.
10. Ability to lead the team members to accomplish the project to meet Customer's requirements within the desired time frame
