The Quality Manager, will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. Fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities of the role
The position is responsible for establishing Quality Assurance and Control, while enforcing compliance to process, products and systems specifications and policies that define the QMS for Tijuana plant.
Defines and ensures ISO13485 and MedAccred are effective and compliance with the standard.
Manages , enforce, improves and expand the QMS internally and externally with key suppliers
Enusres follow up for the managers and direct reports to meet established goals and objectives
Maintains the QMS and Regulatory certifications in place
Increase customer achievements through clear objectives and follow up
Ensures the plant progresses to use core tools as SPC.
Leads and supervises engineers, technicians and quality auditors assigned to the Quality Organization
More than 5 years experiencie as Quality Manager
Cable and harnesses and/or electronic company experiencie required
Demonstrated Leadership skills as a team player driving value added results
Excellent verbal and written communications skills English & Spanish
