Support the production area:
- Plan and coordinate activities in the area to achieve production objectives
- Plan and coordinate the introduction of new articles , first run
- Coordinate and verify visual aids and process instructions
- Follow up program for SMT with SMT technician

The job holder has the authoithy to:
- Make good use and keep equipment and tools according with maintenance program ready to use
- Follow, comply and monitor that established procedures and rules are in place
- Contribute ideas for improvements
- Communicate and follow up NCMR and/or defects found
- 5 S's implementation and comply (Work area clean and organized)
- Follow and mantain improvement projects
Competencias clave
- More than 5 years as SMT Manufacturing engineer
- Engineering Degree
- Stadistical tools knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Dynamic & Positive mind set
- Leadership and team player skills are needed
- English spoken and written strong fluency
