The primary function of the Sales Director is to accelerate the growth of sales. Primary duties include: generating and submitting RFPs and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
The controller is responsible for and leads all aspects of the finance organization at the site. This position acts as a strategic business partner supporting all operational elements of the business. This role is responsible for the development and ownership of monthly and annual financial plans, implementing and upholding financial policies and procedures to ensure a proper control environment and compliance with US GAAP, cost accounting oversight and management, financial reporting and analysis, driving process improvements and efficiencies, and cash management. The key physical requirements for this position include the ability to use standard office equipment including PC’s, fax, and copy machine, movement within a standard office and distribution warehouse area, walking, sitting, standing, climbing, carrying, pushing/pulling and lifting 1–30 pounds occasionally. Telephone use is a must.
